TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.1 Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The App allows the user to process, duplicate, or modify multimedia files (images, videos, or GIFs) stored on their device. All processing is performed locally, without uploading content to external servers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.2 User status<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using the App grants the status of user and implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.3 Permitted use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user agrees to use the App lawfully and refrain from activities that infringe the rights of third parties, especially intellectual property or image rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.4 User content<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user declares and guarantees that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They own the necessary rights to the multimedia files processed with the App or have sufficient authorization to use them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They do not infringe copyright, image rights, privacy, or any other rights of third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They do not introduce illegal, offensive, or otherwise unlawful content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.5 Developer liability disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The developer does not review, control, or supervise the content processed by the user. TECHNICAL OPERATION OF THE APP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.1 Video generation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keep the App open to complete the duplicated video.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may keep it in the background while using other apps, although the process may slow down or stop depending on the device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the App closes unexpectedly, stops, or the device runs out of battery, reopening it in the foreground will resume the process from the previous point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For long videos, it is recommended to keep the App open in the foreground while not using the device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Even if the user has offline mode available, exporting a video requires an internet connection to manage appCredits in RTDB \/ Firestore. Otherwise, the export cannot be completed or will be paused.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.2 Photo or GIF generation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The App must remain open in the foreground during the entire process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If it goes to the background, the file cannot be generated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Even if the user has offline mode available, exporting a photo or GIF requires an internet connection to manage appCredits in RTDB \/ Firestore. Otherwise, the export cannot be completed or will be paused.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udfe6 4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (2026)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.1 Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These terms govern the purchase of digital products managed through Google Play or the App Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.2 Legal basis for processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The processing of purchase identifiers is carried out under the legal basis of <strong>Contract Performance<\/strong>, as it is necessary to deliver the purchased products and allow their restoration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.3 Data processed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To manage purchases, the App stores:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technical transaction identifiers (Google\/Apple)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital receipts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical identifier of the store account (Google\/Apple)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anonymous UID generated by Firebase Authentication (only to associate purchases with the user)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical data required to restore purchases and prevent fraud<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These data do not include banking information or personally identifiable data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.4 Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The data are used exclusively to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Validate purchases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver digital products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage consumable balances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the user\u2019s status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prevent fraud<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.5 Use of Firebase<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data are stored in <strong>Firebase (Google)<\/strong>, acting as <strong>Data Processor<\/strong> under GDPR and Google\u2019s DPA. Storage is encrypted and, whenever possible, located in EU servers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.6 Explicit consent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before the first purchase, the user must accept these Terms of Sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.7 Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the content is digital and delivered immediately, the user <strong>loses the right of withdrawal<\/strong> once consumption or download begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.8 Data retention<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data are retained while the account remains active or until the user requests deletion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.9 Data deletion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user may request deletion by emailing privacy [at] ballol-software.com or using the contact form at: https:\/\/ballol-software.com\/es\/contacto\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deletion results in the <strong>irreversible loss<\/strong> of purchased products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.10 Security<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data are stored encrypted (AES\u2011256 or equivalent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.11 Purchase restoration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user must use the \u201cRestore User\u201d option to verify active purchases with the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udfe6 5. The App does not access or store the user\u2019s name, email address, profile photo, or any personal data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The App does not collect personal data such as name, email, phone number, or social networks.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The App does not profile users or make automated decisions with legal effects.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The App does not share data with third parties except those strictly necessary for technical operation (Firebase and Google AdMob).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.3 Local processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>User multimedia files are processed exclusively on the user\u2019s device. They are not uploaded to external servers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.3.1 Purpose of local processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Local processing allows the user to process, duplicate, or modify their own multimedia files using the App\u2019s features. This processing occurs solely on the user\u2019s device and does not constitute personal data processing by the developer, as such files are never transmitted or stored externally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.3.2 Storage of local files<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Files generated or modified through the App are stored only on the user\u2019s device. The developer does not store, access, or retain these files on any server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.3.3 User control over their files<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user retains full control over the files processed with the App. They may delete, modify, or manage them freely at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.4 Firebase Authentication (anonymous UID)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The App uses Firebase Authentication in anonymous mode to identify the user without collecting personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Firebase generates a unique UID used exclusively to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Associate appCredits and balances in Firestore<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage user progress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restore purchases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain user state between sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prevent fraud and misuse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The UID does not contain personal information and cannot identify the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.5 Firestore \/ RTDB<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the path:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>accounts\/{accountId}<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>the App stores only:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Available credits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User status according to progress bar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical purchase history (validated purchaseToken)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical antifraud data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical Google\/Apple identifier for restoration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No personal data are stored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.6 Third<\/strong><strong>\u2011party Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The App uses third\u2011party services strictly necessary for its technical operation, purchase management, and essential functionality. These services do not receive personal data from the user, only technical identifiers required for the App to function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Services used:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Firebase (Google LLC): used for anonymous authentication, technical data storage, purchase validation, and cloud function execution. Firebase only receives technical identifiers (anonymous UID, purchase tokens, and anti\u2011fraud data). No personal data such as name, email, or phone number is transmitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google AdMob (Google LLC): used to display advertising according to the consent provided through UMP. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers depending on the user\u2019s settings. The App does not share additional data with AdMob.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google Sign\u2011In (Google LLC): used exclusively to obtain a technical identifier required to validate purchases, restore products, and prevent fraud. The App does not access or store the user\u2019s name, email address, profile photo, or any personal information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign\u2011in with Apple (Apple Inc.): used exclusively to obtain a technical identifier required to validate purchases, restore products, and prevent fraud. Consent is managed through the User Messaging Platform (UMP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AdMob may collect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advertising ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interaction with ads<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approximate location<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cookies or similar technologies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The user may accept, reject, or modify their consent at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.13 Use of Firebase<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Firebase acts as Data Processor. Data are stored encrypted and in compliance with GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.14 Data retention and automatic deletion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Technical data associated with the user\u2019s account are retained while the account remains active.
